Using a combination of ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral techniques, I tailor my approach to what works best for you.

Outside of therapy, I’m a mom, and parenting has deeply influenced how I hold space in sessions - with patience, flexibility, and an appreciation for the messiness of real life. I also have a border collie named Sophie who keeps me active and grounded. I love spending time outside, and when I'm not working, you'll probably find me baking something sweet or enjoying a quiet moment in nature.
